How much does it cost to sell with Habitats?
You can sell your home for as little as nothing. No nasty upfront fee, no commission when you sell and you don’t have to use any of our products if you don’t want to. We have optional extras that you can purchase which will enhance the visibility of your listing such as access to Rightmove & Zoopla, professional photos, floorplans & EPC. As well as promoting to wider audience through flyers & Facebook boosts.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, you only pay for the marketing products you wish to use. Remember that you have complete control of the process. We don’t charge an up front fee or a commission when you sell.
My property is already on the market. Can I use Habitats?
As per the terms in your contract you may be allowed to market the property yourself alternatively your contract will have a cool down period and once this has come an end you will be free to market your property as you wish.
How do I communicate with potential buyers?
Once you have been verified as a seller or a buyer you will then be able to converse directly with one another through our secure 🔐 messaging platform 💬. All your viewing requests, offers and negotiations can be handled through the platform.
Is there a 'tie in' period or contract length?
No, you can remove your property whenever you want. If you have a subscription, you can cancel it at any time.
Do you charge a fee for selling my property?
No we only charge you for the marketing products you chose. We won’t charge you to list your property on Habitats and we won’t charge you once you’ve sold your property either.
